Services are charged on a per
attendance basis.

Embassy/consular fees and other expenses are the responsibility of the client but may be included in the invoice total. Return courier may be provided by the client, or included in the invoice total. PSO is not liable for any documents lost or damaged while in transit.

Processing times may not include time that documents are held by the embassy or consulate. For more information on expected processing times, please contact us by phone or email.
